Francis leads the Asia World Technology regional business in Singapore and the region and is responsible for shaping strategic growth in the Singapore market. He oversees AWT’s business and operations to assist clients in their digital transformation efforts for the future economy.
With over 25 years of experience in System Integration, IT consulting, and business process outsourcing, Francis has played key roles in the past, including client partner/client account management. He oversaw the business relationships for sales, revenue, and the P&L of the client accounts and department under his supervision.
Before joining AWT, Francis played a crucial role as a Senior Director at Cloud Telecom, dedicating his efforts to helping large enterprises in Singapore and leading technology companies achieve seamless interconnectivity between data centers. He also provided expert guidance in telco backhaul and local loop services.
Francis has a rich history of taking on leadership roles in various ICT firms. His recent positions include a Director of Product & Services in NCS and led the ICT Solutions Business at Singtel. In these capacities, he demonstrated adept leadership by overseeing teams and managing a wide range of business operations.
Francis earned a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Birmingham, UK. Beyond his professional commitments, he finds joy in reading, golf, and traveling, showcasing a well-rounded approach to both work and life.

In 2005, his journey led him to ST Electronics (ISS) as a Solutions Director. Here, his responsibilities encompassed not only managing the solutions team but also involved in the development of software frameworks and fostering technology partnerships, underscoring his multifaceted expertise.
From 2010 onward, Fook Choon took the helm in steering the implementation and deployment of a series of projects, showcasing his leadership in overseeing successful project executions.
